Warranty

JDSU sample filters are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery, during which period JDS Uniphase will repair or replace defective products returned to JDSU, or, at its option, refund the purchase price therefore.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall JDSU be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
