Data management software that supports DSAM models
FDM-100 software is available for download from this web site. This allows you to upgrade DSAM firmware, manage channel and limit plans, and manage your entire meter inventory and field measurement test data. In order to update the firmware, you must have a copy of FDM software or the Test Productivity Pack (TPP) software.
Even though the software is available to download here, you still need a license file to operate the software. In order to obtain a license file you have two options:
Important Note: You can upgrade from any previous FDM version to V 4.1. However, people using FDM-100 V 2.3 or earlier, JDSU recommends users to upgrade to V 2.4 before going to V 4.1.
